I would say a 5.7 or above judging from this single photo, you have the makings of a handsome man. I think what is holding you back from scoring higher according to this rating scale, is in in big part your slightly chubby cheeks (buccal fat) and your slightly downturned eyebrows. Getting the eyebrows shaped/plucked would yield a great improvement. Cheek fat can be reduced with jaw exercises, slimming down or general aging.
