he can literally wrap his hand around his upper arms.

the picture is taken from a high angle down which makes his frame look more tapered than it actually is, and there's heavy down-lighting from the sun which makes the abs pop more than they do in reality.

it's very achievable even if you barely lift, I was bigger than this before I ever touched a barbell in my life.
