You have no idea what you're talking about actually. I have made great gains in the past 2 weeks.

Also, back in 2020, I was at 170 lbs, I am now at 197 lbs, and I don't look any fatter, that is because I gained some muscle mass since then and my frame got bigger too.

My genetics aren't the real reason why I didn't make gains in the past 5 years. The real reason is that I was never consistent for long enough and I was never getting enough sleep or enough food for the most part, so it was very difficult for me to build muscle but I fixed the problem by uninstalling Call of Duty, and by forcing myself to go to sleep early at night to always get 8-10 hours of sleep, which I have maintained for the past 2 weeks, so I always have enough energy to train.

With the program I am using right now, I am able to add 5 lbs per week to my bench press, barbell row and overhead press, and 10 lbs per week to my squat and deadlift, so in as little as 6-12 months, I will be at the intermediate level, so I will have an above average physique.

My family has already noticed the differences in my physique, my grandparents thought that I got taller but in reality, I just got more muscular which must have improved my posture and made me look like I was taller. Now, when we are next to each other, I look like a giant unlike before.

He's tall so a bulky physique is still a halo on him in comparison to being very skinny. Most tall guys I see who are natty are either very skinny or bulky. Close to impossible to be big but still lean as a tall guy:

he looks skinny af lol. i know why he emphasizes gymmaxxing and bodybuilding so much now. he needs to eat and build some muscle asap. i dont train at all but have more muscles naturally, because im higher bf%. but i know he is taller, so its gonna be more difficult for him and it will take longer for him. but i can see you ascending with gym bro ngl. just keep on grinding like jeremy meeks said :p

It's not impossible, I just need to keep lean bulking for 2-3 years and maintain around 15% body fat.

Dolph Lungren's prime physique isn't that impressive since he wasn't even lean at that point, just look at his abs, they aren't very defined, which means he was between 15 and 20% body fat with a developed core.

It is possible to look that big naturally as a tall guy, I just need to reach the advanced level of strength, so:


Overhead Press: 160 lb for 10 reps
Close-Grip Bench: 225 lb for 10 reps
Yates Row: 240 lbs for 10 reps
Squat: 315 lb for 10 reps
Deadlift: 365 lb for 10 reps


Right now I am at:

Overhead Press: 85 lbs for 7 reps
Close-Grip Bench: 97.5 lbs for 9 reps
Yates Row: 130 lbs for 8 reps
Squat: 150 lbs for 8 reps
Deadlift: 195 lbs for 9 reps


And it will not be a direct transition. In other words, I will progressively get more and more muscular for the next 2-3 years, I will not jump from my current physique to very muscular and ripped.

I'm not skinny fat, I'm just 15% body fat, which is normal because I am lean bulking.

The reason why I don't have a lot of ab definition at 15% is because I am still at the beginner level so my core isn't developed enough to show ab definition at above 10%.

But lean bulking will still be safe until I reach 20%, and at the rate I am going right now, it means I can keep doing this for at least 1 year by gaining 2 lbs of muscle per month and less than 0.5 lbs of fat per month.

Drugs like steroids have side effects that I am not willing to deal with, and they are illegal so it's pretty risky to take them, and I can get a really good physique in only 1 year, and I can get my dream physique naturally in 2-3 years from today, so I am not going to take drugs.

Anyways, I still have time because I can't be spinning plates from Tinder while still living with my parents. But I am studymaxxing while gymmaxxing so that in 3 years, I will not only have my goal physique but also a high paying job as a computer programmer, so I will be able to move into my own apartment, and at that point, I will have lots of success with women.

In just around 6 months, my parents will let me move into their basement, which is completely separate from the rest of the house, this will make hooking up with women easier but still not the ideal situation, but it will allow me, to get laid with lots of women after I acquire a muscular ripped physique in 6-12 months, so that I don't have to wait 3 years to do it.
