I honestly think you got decent social skills and charisma, you're just shy. It's a bit ludicrous for me to say that based on just your behavior on this forum, since irl is different, but you seem like someone who easily befriends people and builds connections and relationships. But I might be completely wrong since I don't actually know you irl.
I think the problem is that irl your inhibition is high so you can't use those social and networking skills you have. You need to address your shyness / social anxiety. It's possible, ask @MentalcelTyronelite for advice maybe.
And you have already experienced losing inhibition from exposure online. You went from LARPing as an Italian because you were too shy to reveal your origins and scared people who know you IRL make you out from that detail alone, to sharing with us your mother's romantic past and making polls about your eyes, chin, and lips. From exposure you became less and less inhibited about your posting here. Maybe the same thing can work irl.

To be fair, I sort of act similar on here and IRL, but I'm even shyer. I only opened up as I learned to trust people here more. It was no use larping as something I'm not because my Muslim identity plays a big role in what shaped me and my upbringing, and as a result my views on dating as a minority ethnic and of a religious minority in the west.

I'll be real though, I'm really shy and socially anxious IRL much more in here, and usually after work (I have to talk to strangers but I deal with it well as it's usually one-on-one) I run inside back home and shut off for about half an hour or an hour by napping. But if I get to know someone really well, I open up and can be myself more freely.
