Who said retard tier mid faces were ideal? It's better than a super short middle third it's still not better than a 1:1 mid face. It's the heroic look.

Bro you misunderstand me ...I'm saying your jaw gets smaller towards the end ..you don't have the square look at the end ...maybe you should start gymmaxxing or even take steroids to widen your jaw a lil bit ...testosterone can affect jaw size ..in your case it can actually ascend you

Getting lean won't change much, it'll just make your existing bones pop out. Wide face is ideal for a dimorphic look. Wide palate in general
