the more I see fillers results, the more it seems like it just breaks a face harmony because these people have facial traits that doesnt go along with a strong jaw/chin : recessed maxilla, poor forward growth etc

I believe you can achieve good results with filler, especially if a more subtle amount is used.

if the mouth is narrow and the jawline strong it looks off since there is no wide jaw for narrow lips. Same goes for the zygos : if they are way narrower than the jawline, it looks odd. That's why it didn't change anything in his face in term of harmony, if not worse.

Your only real bet...In this case... Is going with chin wing with angle widening to simulate the affect a doublejaw surgery and fillers to sharpen would have on your lower third..

OR you do something like this...Where you spend 5k or so every 1.5 years...Or if using Restalyn (Like myself) every 6 months or so...

If you don't have a sharp and angled jaw... You need enough filler to slowly be administered to each section of the lower third to make it appear as if you have forward growth..

This is exactly what I did...

1 ML on each side of chin... 1-2 ML for each width.. Then finally 1 for each jaw angle..

If your lower third is recessed, just give up on working the jaw angle too hard...It's just simply not gonna look forward grown unless u wanna spend 8-10k per year... It's too far set back for that small amount of acid (you can fit 3-4 syringes inside a tbl spoon) to create something out of nothing...

You're best off bringing size and forward growth to the chin..As it's a small area and easier to hit...Nd then making your narrow jaw wide...Then losing bodyfat...Working on the jaw angle too hard..Will be fruitless unless you have the money to spare..

Keep in mind that i've spent 65k plus on looksmaxxing in the past year easy....Nd have probly undergone the biggest looksmax in PSL history...I'm not bullshitting you...This is the way things are...

A realistic depiction of what creating a forward grown jaw through fillers would be...Is looking at the harrison bodybuilding twins..

See them circa 2012-2013...See Lew now...
