You're going to want to chew to gain some width in the lower third, just to help balancing out your long face. You also have a tall lower third so some added width will look great.

Your skin looks quite bad. Hop on Retin-A, sunscreen, moisturiser, regimen and see how that goes.

For your dark eyelids, make sure you're not mouthbreathing, and also try The Ordinary Caffeine Solution, it's cheap.

Try mouth widening appliances, I don't know much, but your mouth is definitely narrow.
