This is a question about height

I want to take Anastrozole and peptides for my height, I don’t want to take any of the gh because I’m a bit afraid of all the side effects.
I’m 17.10 my bone age is 18 and I have naturally maybe a 2cm to grow.
My question is do I need to wait some time after taking Anastrozole or I can just pin and take the Anastrozole at the same time like should I give my body some time to adjust to it or something?
