and not too taxing on the body like these gym bro routines it literally takes 10 minutes, eat meat stay low bodyfat and do this you will look good

buy a bar and get 100lbs worth of weight (2 35s + 2 15s), or more if you'd like I guess but you don't want to be a fat powerlifter you want to look like a model

bicep and back day : 50 curls and 50 rows in sets of 12-14

chest and tricep day : 100 pushups you can put a weight in a backpack if you'd like, 50 overhead tricep extensions

shoulder day: 50 overhead press

that's 4 days in your week it doesn't take time if you don't get a good physique from this you're low t

I'm not trying to look like a bodybuilder I want to look like an actor like I said if you don't grow from this you are low t and look at my stomach veins im lean asf

I used to bench 315lbs when I was an avid gym goer so my muscle memory might be why I look good from this routine alone tbh, I can't remember what it was like to look completely DYEL no arms nothing I always was muscular from 13 years old now I want to be skinny ripped to accentuate my facial features

working out in general is extremely boring no one actually likes it look at the faces of people when they lift weights especially squats or deadlifts they look like they are suffering its self harm

yeah well this routine is pretty much gym curling a 110 pound bar with good form will give you nice arms you don't need 12 different exercises if you just want a good lean body

if you know what you're doing,even just your bodyweight is sufficient to see decent results,it may not
build a lot of mass but like OP said he just wants an otter mode physique.

smoking meth only drinking a few glasses of milk and pieces of fruit during the day then 100g of raw meat with gelatin and one potato soda or orange juice at dinner, I have one ''cheat day'' where I eat a bit more meat

total is like 1400 calories a day and I walk alot

i eat around that and cycle a lot as well for a month now, do you think this will be enough to get out of skinnyfat curse? i am probably at 130lbs rn at 5'11

yes if you get atleast 90-100 grams of protein and do basic exercises it should be easy to body recomp, most people simply arent getting enough animal protein in their diets its what causes the skinnyfat look
