I am at work and I am new but i'm not new to the company, just the specific workplace yk. because I worked for the company before then move states

okay so a certain few of my coworkers ALWAYS hover over me and correct me on the smallest mistakes and it lowkey annoys me because like I realize the mistake but then they point it out and i'm just like "ok". but it's annoying asfff like stop hovering over me I know what i'm doing (somewhat) go away

it's also embarassing for me idk how to explain it!!! because I don't really need to be trained ive worked multiple shifts on my own and did just fine but then there is certain people who don't think im capable of being on my own and hover over me maybe they are just bored with nothing else to do yk what fair enough, but its so awkward bro I don't like it, i'd rather do everything on my owns except for during rushes or when I have a lot of orders then yes please help me but when it's slow bro please don't micromanage me and make sure my every move is perfect

they also speak spanish so it's really hard for me to understand what they are saying because of their accents and stuff, that makes the micro managing even more awkward

don’t overthink it too much, just don’t follow in what they say next time as long as you’re doing the job mostly right. had a bunch of guys like that at my warehouse who would pull the same stunt with me but would shut up once the big boss came in
