Yeah and I have moderate acne too but I've been on adapalene 0.1% for like 3 months it has shown some results. Will probably switch to Retin-A after the lockdown is over and I get a prescription.

if your being serious hop on accutane asap, it will change your life. Nothing else can come close to getting rid of that level of acne
