1. Put toner on a cotton pad and wipe your face to clean it every morning and night.
2. Put vinegar on your face and rinse off after 10 min. Do this a few times a week.
3. Mix honey and sugar. Use that to exfoliate your skin once a week.
4. Face mask once a month. (He prefers the blue clay masks)
6. (Important) Sauna/sweat A LOT, if not accessible. Almost every other day.
BONUS: if you struggle with acne, vitamin A is good in his opinion.
That’s all he does for clear skin.
