FASTING) I would fast everyday from 6 am to 12 pm then from 7 pm to again to 6. I did this for 2 months and lost 10 pounds/lbs. I didn’t fix my diet
GLP1s) I experienced with GLP1s specifically retatrutide. I diy reta for 1 month i did 0.3 mg every week for 2 weeks. After I higher my dose to 1mg lost lost 10 lbs. THIS IS THE EASIEST WAY TO LOSE WEIGHT
THE GYM) This is one of the hardest ways to lose fat. YOU HAVE TO STAY CONSISTENT. This is extremely hard if u like to ldar like me. I would be on the treadmill for 1 hr every day at mph 2.4 and weight training idk why i would weight train I was a dumass.
