you have hormonal acne nigger no need to use toxic artificial vit a
Wow such a great argument!

You elaborated exactly what needed to be elaborated!

He needs to use accutane at 20 mg (the minimum range), no other compound will get rid of acne in a effective way as accutane.
Hormonal acne is exactly why isotretinoin works, it nukes sebaceous glands at the root.
tretinoins ''block'' immune system
There is no evidence that topical tretinoin or even oral isotretinoin causes clinical immune suppression, you just made it up.
Accutane modulates the immune response, especially in sebaceous glands. It reduces inflammation and sebum production by shrinking the sebaceous glands.

So for the sunscreen part:
sunscreen is necessary during isotretinoin use. The skin becomes photo-sensitive, and not using sunscreen cause hyperpigmentation or burns.
also sunscreen is great not specifically for accutane use, but in general. It’s the best way to keep your skin youthful.

Do your research before being overconfident, retard.

Yeah of course you DNRd it, I doubt you read it so fast…

Anyway why do you think he doesn’t need to use accutane at 15? You still didn’t elaborated why?
Isotretinoin at 15 isn’t bad. It’s clinically approved for moderate to severe nodular acne in adolescents, and early intervention can prevent permanent scarring. The dose he’s using (40mg EOD) is conservative for his bodyweight.

Btw OP, I suggest you to do 20 mg ED instead.
