As you can kind of see in the top left pic, the cowlick is behind it
Looks like I'm thinning even though I'm not. This is why I'm considering another transplant

I may just have to cough up 2k for another transplant, but the question is why is the density so low after two already? Maybe more grafts won't survive

How much has it improved? If you've gotten 2 already I don't think you can fix it, any more transplants would improve too little to be worth getting

Probably different. I had two scalp reductions surgeries as a kid - one of which was partly medical for a risk of skin cancer or some shit, idk. But something skin related. So there is probably some scarring

So how hasnt scalp reduction worked? Is the tissue there too weak to be streched? What did the surgeon you went for the hair transplant said?

I don't know why it didn't work. The first one seemed to. Changed it from golf ball size to slightly thinner. The second one didn't seem to do much. The tissue was stretched together and sewn and then just stretched apart I believe

I can't remember what the HT surgeon said. I had them done at 17 and 18, and didn't really ask many questions. Parents paid, so idek the cost or grafts, although I could probably count from pics
