Exactly, just lol at these younglings going to turkey (where laws are the most lenient) just to save a quick buck.
We're talking about surgeries that literally move the bones inside of your face and put screws in them, why would you ever go the short way?
I'm not saying this is exactly on the guy, obviously the surgeons that botched him are at fault, but at the same time this should be expected when getting a genio for 15k in turkey
