The cucked west most likely, I wouldn't be surprised if China will become the leading world producer of slave robots, they won't worry about consent, rights or other such silly things. They will also produce neural chips, genetically modified organisms and other high tech stuff, that will be "problematic" in the west or difficult to research because they will have to be tested on humans(there they can just use prisoners, people sentenced to death, etc. - no one will really care).
