Everyday when i get to leave my goy desk to eat lunch i see a lot of good looking, breedable young women between the age of 15 and 20, there's a couple of high schools near by so it's full at lunch time.

Just fucking lol at my existence sitting there eating my sad chicken salad and battling the urges of killing myself on the spot while my dick tingles.

You might try to approach them, if you're clever you could use a creative strategy, like dress as a waiter or restaurant manager, go to them and say: "Hello, is everything OK, are you enjoying the meal....?BTW if you need anything else and I mean anything don't hesitate to call me!".
Then give them your business card with your phone number.

Where's the sexual part, you don't mention anything about sex, also don't claim you're working there if someone actually asks you...

I've got this idea after one day in big department store I was approached several times by people , including a girl who asked where they could find various stuff. I realized I was dressed almost like the people who worked there with a very similar red t-shirt, so people mistook me for someone from the staff. It was then very easy to simply go to people and talk to them:
- "May I help you with something, young lady?"
- "Ohh...I was just looking for the cosmetics section..."
- "It's right over there, you can't miss it, but you have a pretty face, you don't look like you need any beauty products..."
- "Ummm....OK..thanks...."
