ive been increasing my Testosterone levels naturally for about 8 or more months, every month i looked more different, now i look like this, ofc eating a lot was part of the plan, now i feel like my face became pretty much big and developed,

how do you increase it naturally?

well you eat a lot of meat like i did, i also go under the hot sun to walk, a lot of hours in nature, and i lift heavy weights sometimes, i also eat a lot of food
