i was in this forum and a couple of months and i feel good at the same time this is my curse and most of my insecurities is thanks of this forum a lot of people wanna see me dead and i think its thanks to my face but if maybe ascend to htn this could be different i should use peptides to ascend and other things i was doing bonesmashing and orbicular training i cant see the results but maybe in a 5 months i could have the first results what i do in the day is
bonesmashing
orbicular training
thumb pulling
and i take supplements of zinc omega 3 vitamin d and vitamin c if i just wanna delete all my insecurities and have bonesmass im very young but idk what i could do to ascend if somebody can let me ur tips of looksmaxing i wll eternal grateful but now im a sub5 greycell its over

Im gonna be honest with you boyo but most of that stuff is total cope and will not ascend you in the slightest.

A true ascension will usually require surgery, use the BOTB section of this forum to understand your flaws and start research surgeries to correct them.
