If focusing didn't give an advantage, then it wouldn't have been a thing in the first place. You seem to be stuck in this fact. Same as me.

I think humans are better off existing in a community together, where everyone can have a different focus. And all these "specialists" can help each other out where they fall short. This is how we lived for thousands of years non-stop after all. Being alone makes you hyper aware of every lack, which makes you wanna focus on everything, which means you can not focus on anything at all.

It's like you're working in a company as an engineer. Except you're also the sales manager... and also the board director... and board director... and human resources... and the janitor. To top it all off, you also own the company. It's simply way too much responsibility for any human less than 300 high iq or something ---> something we haven't reached yet as a species.

If we were just animals living in a jungle, we could focus on everything as natural rules are simpler. But since we live in a society with rather complex rules everywhere (that are sometimes in conflict with one another), it's very hard to consciously be comprehending/focusing everything at once in such a short amount of time. It's like a fish jumping out of a water and trying to run a marathon on land. That's why it keeps to appear as impossible. It is not impossible, it just takes time. Something that was developed through generations upon generations, will at least take some years for someone even if one is incredibly smart.

For such a task to take mere moments, only being a literal God will suffice. I hate it too, but it is what it is. We are imperfect creatures at this day and age.

Increasing iq is not that difficult if you know what you're doing imo. It just so happens that a majority of people don't even seem to use their brains all that much so their iq remains the same.

I can see how that is true. But I've never seen you calculate something like it is a mathemetical equation. You can use some refinement in your thinking honestly.
