weak mandible overall and loose hyoid skin,you didn't show a side profile but the look of the image it looks like you have a curved mandible and just overall i would say the biggest issue here is just an extremely weak mandible and bone structure.For now if you want something you can do immediately try growing your hair a little bit and finding a hair style that can cover some of your upper forehead but not too much,besides that there isn't much advice i can personally give you,maybe look into genioplasty,wish you the best bro
