- LeFort I (min 4mm) + CCW
- BSSO
- Genioplasty (will ask for the maximum possible)

In the best and worst scenarios, how much can I ascend with those alone?
Am I just downward grown or my lower jaw is also short?

Jesus christ that is brutal. We can see the soft tissue too omfg. I dont know about surgeries, but id say get everything you possobly can

Mines is equally as bad, ascension depends on the surgeon and the movement made, so I think it's too early to tell. I think it would be better for u to get a second opinion from a maxillofacial surgeon. Godspeed.

My surgery will be covered by assurance. At this point I'm happy with anything as long as it won't make me uglier.
