i dont understand your way of thinking? if you want to fix malocclusion you still have to undergo BSSO, bc genio would just camouflage it. If both your jaws are that recessed then bimax is exactly what you need.

You don’t need bimax because your maxilla is already very prominent. Like someone said just fix your jaw with BSSO, simple. You have a big overbite, full stop.
