Wheatwaffles rated me as a 4/10. I've been researching surgery and these are my possible procedures.
Hair transplant to get norwood 2 (I'm currently norwood 3) my dermatologist told me Norwood one would be too risky given that I'm only 25.
Genioplasty
Malar cheek implants
Laser lipo to remove neck/chin fat.
Would all of these together at least get me to a 5/10?
I'm 5'9 with a bfp of 15%.

Second highest ROI is submental lipo is relatively simple and fast recovery. You can do this anywhere, I recommend Dr. Patricia Panama in cancun.

Skip the implants and genioplasty till you see your result from the first two.

Thank you. Also I've been on finasteride for a year and mixondil for a month. No regrowth yet no more loss either. I hope my dermatologist was just being chickenshit because I really want Norwood one. I'm just concerned about future hair loss undermining the results and running out of donor hair.

You can go to norwood 1 just tell the doctor your dreams. Don't worry about running out of donors since you are on fin/minox. You've started early and halted the process. You can always switch from fin to dutasteride (higher efficacy) or drop the pills and start adding 1.5g of RU58841 (topical anti-androgen) to your 60mL liquid minox.
