The issue is harmony I think. People tackle each flaw individually and don't think about how the face looks as a whole. I think you need your whole surgery plan planned out before you undertake any of them. See all the surgeons you'll need to go to and talk to them about the other procedures you're getting and see how movements and implants and whatever else will bring harmony to the face
