Im 17 and im 6ft+, 65kgs, and good bone structure, I was seeing the ultimate hollow cheeks guide on this forum and the dude told a way to see if one had facial fat on his face or bloating, to check that you basically pull your cheeks to your zyogs and let go, if it comes down quickly then its fat, and if it comes down slowly then its bloat, I did this and I found out that its facial fat, not exactly facial fat but baby fat, I had spent so much money on supplements and gotten mentally prepared to ascend during december, now im gonna have to wait 2 years to get full hollow cheeks. Is there a way to lose babyfat at this age or is it over for me

cant lose babyfat i also read that hollow cheeks guide it literally says u cant fix bodyfat unless and until u age for me im bloated asf and fat too not too fat but yeah i am fat
idk anything about pinning yourself but u cant fix babyfat just be old and boom

To be fair, babyfat is pretty big cope. Just get lean and be happy, most babyfat is already gone once u hit 5years old.

Most people with ''bloated'' faces arent really bloated, there fat, have no bones or are having slight bloating, but most bloat just comes from to much salt

just do 1 day no salt, sleep, in the morning look in the mirror, if its A lot of diffrence, then youll know if you were really bloated or not

thats why it looks more fat/bloated

Pretty sure baby fat is just a way for reccesed people to cope with bad genetics, just wait till ur more grown & lose some bodyfat, important to stay healty and not insanly lean to the point where u look like a skeleton. Esspecailly at 6 feet & 65kg, ur either lean with abs and lil bit of mucle. Or just skinny twink, but if u got babyfat u prob have 0 mucle and are just a twink @vorpalPSL

and maybe u have some recession or u boneless which may make u look bloated when ur really not
