most of these ‘athletes’ aren’t prone to hair loss despite juicing. though old age + juicing continuously does that to you, to get something like this guy

They mainly take recovery drugs and maybe things for stamina not AAS. At least for tennis.

they usually run a low dosage of test for recovery too. test still causes hair loss, actually he probably wasn’t even genetically prone to hair loss. even at a low dosage (somewhere around trt level they usually run) it still increases androgen levels which means more conversion to dht. just had more time to keep his hair at such a low dosage.

being on anything androgenic for such a long time can speed things up over time. athletes run these for years on end either way, still accelerates hair loss.
