I know most of you do, This is a message to those who cope with staying lean with no muscle, The real reason is Confidence, It makes your life *10 better, It litterally can delete 85% of your mental health issues and you can have a respect for yourself

Rather stay home and do push ups, pull ups, back bridging, squats, and jump rope

It will make you fitter but not bigger, You have to go to the gym for the confidence boost

Calisthenics(at home or at park) + playing a sport is better imo. Gym is cope.
Better do these 2 things and get surgery.

Getting surgeries will give you the more confidence than gym will be able to give you.

Only applies to some people, Going out with friends and slaying jbs would have better effects
