Just came across a Looksmax article (https://looksmaxx-academy.com/height/are-your-growth-plates-closed-yet/) that quoted a study on the age limit after which bones don't grow anymore. 
Tldr: It's over for 19 yearcels because 97% of men have their bones fused by that age. So you're only 3% likely to grow past that age. The guy who wrote the article also said he grew slightly from stretches, maybe 2 to 3 cm which is probably just morning height.
