That is basically what I have and nobody can tell that I lift when I wear a shirt. (pics in the thread in my signature)

It is far from being the best type of body. It's above average but it's not great by any means.

Depends entirely on how naturally wide you are, if you look like an olympic swimmer out of the womb, you don't need much muscle to be wide, if you're a narrow twig, you'll need a lot of lat/shoulder/posture work to get to a better width
