They cut away any loose/overgrown skin around the eyes, pull it back to even out any creases, fill any indentations and fatpad loss with fat grafts and fillers, and botox the area to prevent any wrinkling (if it wasn't already there). This results in a very "smooth" look, but a large concave orbital area with none of the unique scaffolding and fat/muscle/collagen/elastin matrixes that once held it up. The former unique patterns of folds and firm skin around the eyes are destroyed by aging and damage and thin formless skin is left, draped over an aged skull like some doll. There seems to be no way to really preserve the 18-21 yr old eye structure, and surgeons seem unable to replicate the patterns
They can make you look "nice", but they cant recapture YOUR unique magic and beauty. You just look samey like all the other 40 somethings who've gone down the bleph -> canthoplasty -> graft/filler -> tox route
Any methods for 20 yr olds to avoid having to settle for this look when they hit late 30s/40s?
