your not gonna get pharma grade hgh unless your a multi millionare, buy from ugls and research for a source in a place like mesorx fourms. A good dose would be 8 iu releastically but you need to build your way up too 8 iu, you have a lot more too research before you start. If you want a source i reccomend opti in mesorx for a begginer if ur in the usa. The diffrence bwetween pharma and non pharma is literally like 5% less purity.
