6ft is the most ideal bc of proportions and how it looks in social settings, you're taller than the average height (unless you live in the netherlands in which case its already over for you), you're legs, arms, or torso don't look weirdly long, you can build muscle easier than someone at 6'4 for example and you don't look gigantic and out of place in social settings but you still stand out in a good way
