it's actually raw and yes, it is somewhat dangerous. it should be made only from meat specially checked by veterinarian but still there are some cases of infection with parasites from time to time around here, although these are mostly from non-certified meat, but I still wouldn't risk it, I can't imagine it tasting *that* good to risk ending up with a fucking tapeworm in your brain

It's common to go to the butcher, get ground pork put some spices on it at home and eat it with onions on bread
