Healthy dark hair.
Projected muzzle.
Immutable traits signifying genetic distinction like blue eyes.
Good dimorphism without lack of refinement - height and frame, with large masculine (yet dextrous) hands and relatively thin noses.
And a tendency towards primitive dominance and violent ability (scars, tattoos, look of superiority etc).
Also a dogpill thrown in for good measure.
