I think overall his profile improved in after. It's easier to see if you crop out his balding head.

1) I know Le Fort I would not help me, but Le Fort III would. If anything, me claiming Le Fort I results are good would be a way for me to cope and hope that me getting Le Fort I which is safe would be enough to ascend when in reality I need dangerous Le Fort III to achieve good results.

2) Refute exactly how he doesn't look more of a babymaxxed cuck in second picture.
