My diet was like very strict and very healthy. I almost ate 0 carbs on the cut. And during bulk I ate only high Fibre sources of carbs. I also fasted a lot. So if u wanna get best results U should train very consistently and have proper diet. Otherwise results will be shit and U fucked up ur health for peanuts jfl
