This one was probably never that pretty to begin with, but I get your point.
A lot of young female russiancels have highly neotenous faces - narrower faces, smaller chins, not much bone.
They are being carried by their youth, harmony, proportions, facial features, plump tight skin and nice hair.
It works really well when young, but it goes downhill real fast and starts looking like melted cheese.

Natalya has the face that melts like cheese and it will happen fast. Looks great when young, but degrades fast once your age starts with a 3.
