Depends on your fat pads. Its about fraud not about absolute numbers

I just need a mm or 2 less width to get my ratio to over 0.44, which isn't ideal but far more acceptable than 0.43ish like I am rn.

Have you tought of making zygos sharper or use some laser to reduce fat locally like plasma fibroblast?
Also in my case should i trim even further my middle part of the eyebrows since i also have wide zygos or no? But its tricky idk
