yes overall size wise he looks smaller but his proportions look fine. there's a clear v-shape and defined muscularity, his clavicles do not look small at all and his hips do not look overly wide.

I agree. It is easier if you're shorter in terms of maxxing our gains and maintenance when it comes to nutrition. But yes it can look comical and try-hardish when a 5'4 guy is jacked out.

5'10 seems like the middle ground. 6'2+ guys have a real hard time looking maxed out. Except moggers like @TenZi but he's a Jew so it doesn't matter.
