I have never understood what is wrong with my noice i notice people have been targeting that when insulting me can you tell me what is bad about it and be honest i truely want to know

i bought the medium brown eyebrow color i think ill put that one for 5 mins and show result i am abit afraid it will look to weird and that my friends and family will notice

The nose bulbosity its what nerfs you, happens to me too. Get on accutane or hydrocortisone, will surely help you

From what I've researched, that's not really how either of those work. Accutane is prescription-only, meant for severe acne, and there's no mechanism for it to change nose structure. Hydrocortisone is just a mild anti-inflammatory, doesn't reshape or shrink anything either. Do you have any actual before/after results, or is this just something you heard? Also, when you say bulbosity, do you mean skin/tissue or the actual cartilage shape? Those are pretty different things with different fixes.
