1. Before: Going outside would have been the most anxiety-inducing, miserable, agonising torture to show your face, knowing you have the potential but are not there yet.
After: Going out is your stimulus. You live off it. Staying home is torture, a missed opportunity to show your face to the world that day.

2. Before: Only certain clothes look good on you. Everything has to be perfectly tailored and suited to your body for you to be satisfied.
After: You can get away with wearing most things. Good to be fashionable but it doesn't matter much.

3. Before: You are invisible to girls (strangers).
After: If you look first, they either freeze completely, adjust their hair/face/dress, smile to themselves or all of the above. It depends on how beautiful or confident she is. If she looks first, then usually they'll make an effort for you to notice them back. They hover around you. All they need is a look, they will buzz around like honeybees until they steal a single glance from you. You noticing them, their dress, their face is their validation. Afterwards, they either fly away satisfied or wait for you to make a move. Very rarely will girls approach first, especially in public, especially good-looking ones. In a more private area like library, classroom, maybe.

4. [very surprising]. Before: Most girls look pretty to you. Like 9 out of 10 girls you see outside are pretty.
After: Girls you found pretty before now look ordinary, less striking. You notice their flaws. They look rounder, fatter. Their eyes look ordinary. You have no interest in pursuing them. You give them attention to keep them around if needed but otherwise they're no longer interesting to you.

5. Before: Men ignore you, treat you like shit, you are afriad to look most men in the eye, you have no confidence, your chest and posture is turned inwards, seeking safety. They treat you like a jester.
After: Men are aware of your presence when you walk outside, you look them in the eye and they are too nervous to look back. Your confidence is visible and tangible to other men. They hold their girlfriends closer, they position themselves between you and her, they stay far away. They plot to take you down, they celebrate your failures and downfall.

6. [heartbreaking] Before: your family ignores you, treats you like crap, you are not a priority. Your sisters, cousins will wild out if there's no other strong masculine presence in the household.
After: You are their favorite son/brother/grandson/nepehew wtv, you can treat them like shit and they will still love you. The women of your house (sisters, cousins) feel a masculine presence so they dont wild out as much. They become more domestic, familial so they dont upset you.

7. Before: You need to put in lots of conscious effort to keep girls engaged in conversation. You need to come prepared. To jest, to impress, to sound intelligent, to sound outgoing and mysterious.
After: Girls initiate conversation. They are interested in knowing more about you. Conversation comes easy to you, no need to be prepared beforehand.

8. Before: Girls are not nervous around you in 1-1 conversations. They meet your eyes and treat you with kindness like a victim.
After: Being alone with you is nerve-wrecking for them. They can feel you judging them. It's impossible for them to look you in the eyes. Almost always they will prefer talking in group settings.

9. Before: You look in the mirror and see potential to optimise.
After: You look in the mirror and see potential to optimise. You're never satisfied. You will always be insecure.

exagerrated a bit but it's true if you were ugly once in your life you will always need validation/security that you didn't "slip back"

hair volume can help you dominate the world
True, I wasn't even completely joking, it's SO easy for your hair to descend/ascend you

If you're autistic, there isn't much difference other than more girls being attracted to you.

Still invisible to strangers if autistic. Girls will check you out more and might approach but will know there is something wrong with you.

No difference.
