this is what peak natties / naturals look like

First one is Geoffrey Verity Schofield, also known as GVS.
Second one is Natural Hypetrophy, also known as NH.

Both of those are natty. I could almost bet my soul on it.
First one has small waist + ~8-9% bodyfat.
Second one has been workout out consistently for 12+ years. ~12-13% bodyfat.
Pics usually taken in good lighting + pump + carbmaxxed.
Both of them have mastered dieting, working out and have some genetic advantages.

no way bruh. First one in clothes and bulked up looks like mass monster.
Second one is straight up in the obese category cuz he's like 6 feet and somehow full frame.
Unlike 5'3-5'4 mfs like Jeff Nippard, those guys are actually huge - at least for natty.

My 16 yo homie 6’2 and bigger then second dude it’s all genetics
