I use 200mg max a week but for a month at most bc I can’t sleep well on tren and I have a short fuse and nearly punched my mom once. When I’m cruising like now I use 50mg a week. If it’s your first time trying it start with 100 and see how you feel, don’t go past 200 tbh. The sides worsen exponentially.
