Yes. You can have nice and spacey houses from countryside here with fraction of the price a decent house would cost in the city. + I can get my own water from the well, and breed rabbits, chickens and cows for soy free meat & milk etc.
My goal is to train my sons in to hardworking chad athletes. Live like in the good old days, when Finland had some of the greatest athletes in the world.

Managing a farm waking up at 5-6AM every morning ain’t too pretty.

In 40-100 years AI will be doing all those jobs in the city, and anything else will be remote work anyways. Money as we know will 100% collapse as our production will be meaningless and capitalism will collapse.
