In case you don't know, this is Lamar Jackson, 6'2 212lbs, (my favorite NFL player btw), he's been training neck religiously since high school...

as you can see, his neck has gained significant size over the years from routine training, they do that alot in football since you need to absorb hard hits and tackles.
What I'm suggesting is, for you youngcels, start routinely training your neck 3x a week with progressive overload. And over years, you will gain inches on your neck like lamar did.
