Concept we are going to be talking about is called neoteny - the retention of juvenile features in the adult animal (including humans).
Now, you might ask why is retaining childish features important?
Neoteny applies to looks as well, i wont be going any further into looks in this thread, if yall want i will make seperate thread for that, but just to know females are neotenous looks-wise, (full lips, soft baby-ish features) but men developed more bone mass and hunter-like features.
TLDR: Males tend to retain juvenile traits (curiosity, creativity, risk-taking) which allows them to dominate fields that requires those traits.

- Kids are risk-taking - retaining this feature into adulthood leads us to innovations, new discoveries, greater rewards, etc. Reason why men developed this feature is that it was useful during hunting, men could risk their lives and die, without having significant effect on tribes overall reproduction, this does not goes same for females. This explain why men work at jobs that require risk-taking, why males have tendency towards gambling, why we pick extreme sports, etc.
- Curiosity & Creativity - Kids are known for their curiosity and creativity, retaining this feature into adulthood leads to prolonged learning, more neuroplasticity, social flexibility, etc. This is why men dominate fields such as, physics, science, philosophy, etc.
- Dependency, playfulness, immaturity - pretty sure yall heard from foid "muh men are immature" "muh they mature at 40" yes its true and there are reasons why that happens.
