imo that's the governments' fault, in the west AI's been mostly for making shitty looking art, performing surveillance and scamming old people instead of streamlining work for the masses. I actually love the idea of LLM's like Claude and ChatGPT and especially AI in medical technology and locally hosted AI is goated.
