He's still swolen, you can tell just by looking at his eyes. The picture might have been taken a few days after the operation. Hopefully another post-op pic will be dropped weeks after so we csn see how it improved.

Permasquinting or lower eyelid retraction surgery wouldn't have been enough for same results.
